Term	Definition

Access Levels	An aspect of a computer program that enables system administrators to set up hierarchy of users and various permission levels.
Access Reports	A functional page within the Administration panel that enables system administrators to access reports of data from within the portal.
Broken Links	Information components within the portal whose links have become 'broken', ie, not functional. This could be due to a broken URL external to the portal. This can be identified by speaking with BTI.

DEWNR	Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources.
Domain	CLRW is a domain
Further Information	The type applied to any page which provides general information in order that the heading in the links column is 'further information'.
Governance Category	Categories within DEWNR's policy framework used to manage the CLRW. Governance Category pages are those pages that explain each of the categories.
Governance Resource	Governance resources comprise the bulk of the Portal content and are pages for specific pieces of legislation, operational policies, metrics etc (i.e. specific instances of a Governance Category).
Help	A functional page within the Administration panel that enables system administrators to view help guides and videos specific to the use of the administration panel functionality within the CLRW Portal.
Information Component	All pages except for the Home Page and Management Themes were originally set up as 'Information Components' and at times the system reverts to this terminology.
Incomplete Links	Links that do not link both to and from pages. This includes when someone has deleted a page that is used in a link or where a link has not been set up properly. The only time a link does not link two pages and is not incomplete is where a page has been set up to display on the navigaton bar of the main page, but not as a tile.
Information Links	The way that pages are linked to other pages within the Portal
Manage Action Items	A functional page within the Administration panel that enables system administrators to approve or decline amendments made within the CLRW Portal. This includes all content, links, page name changes, etc.
Manage Libraries	A functional page within the Administration panel that enables system administrators to make amendments to text (documents), glossary terms and images within the CLRW Portal.
Manage Pages	A functional page within the Administration panel that enables system administrators to make alterations to the CLLMM home page, information pages, subject pages and government information pages. It also allows for amendments to be made to the links between pages.

Management Themes	The way that the management activities and responsibilities carried out in managing the CLRW (the Domain) have been broken down in order to effectively organize the activities and related information. In the case of the CLRW Portal, this breakdown of management themes is based on the ecosystem components, processes and services, as well as key threats that have been determined in the Ramsar wetland's Ecological Character Description.
System Administration	The act of managing the CLRW Portal, its functionality and information resources.
System Administrator	The designated person/s within DEWNR with responsibility for managing the currency, accuracy and appropriateness of the Portal's information.
Tiles	A link to a different page within the Portal that uses square tile with an image of some sort on it to display the link.
User Authentication	The process by which the CLRW Portal verifies the identity of a user who wishes to access information marked For Official Use Only.
