Creating a custom view enables you to save specific columns or refined serches that are special to you and the work you undertake. It effectively creates a quick link that you can use to access information efficiently.

To do this simply -

  1. Click "Create View" in the ribbon menu bar
  2. Click "Standard View"
  3. A template will appear. Work through the template by giving you custom view a name and then selecting the metadata/ columns that you wish to display
  4. Once you have worked your way through the template, given your custom view a name and added all of the metadata you wish, please click "save" at the bottom of the page
  5. A link to your custom view will now always remain on the functional pages and can be used at any time with the click of a button.
