For procedures and operational policies, the system allows system administrators to apply an additional grouping based on a sub-management theme so that links to these types of governance resources are more intuitive and easy to sort through.

  1. From the 'Manage Pages' main page, select 'Manage Groups'
  2. You will be taken to the 'Manage Groups' functional page
  3. Tag the group you wish to edit
  4. Go to the ribbon menu bar and select – 'Items' – 'Edit Item'
  5. A pop-up will appear. Make amendments as necessary
  6. Click 'Save'.
