1. From the 'Manage Pages' main page, select the type of page you wish to edit
  2. You will be redirected to the appropriate functional page
  3. Tag the item you wish to edit by placing a tick in the lefthand column
  4. From the ribbon bar select "Items" – "Edit Item"
  5. A completed template will appear. Make any necessary amendments as required. Different page types have different fields, but explanations should be provided under the box for each field
  6. Where you wish to apply additional grouping to a procedure or operational policy, select an 'Information Component Group' from the drop-down box. These will control how the links for these pages are displayed on linked pages. See screen shot on the following page

  7. Once you have completed the template, click "Save".
