1. From the 'Manage Actions Main Page', select either of the links "Pages - Pending Changes" or "Links between pages – Pending Changes"
  2. You will be taken to your 'Action Items' - a list of all of the pending changes currently awaiting approval within the CLRW Portal. For the purpose of this guide, we have seleted "Links between pages – Pending Chanes".  Please Note – the processes are the same irrespective of which link you select
  3. Tag the item you wish yo review
  4. From the ribbon menu bar select – 'Items' – 'Edit Item'
  5. A pop-up will appear. Review all of the metadata to ensure that any deliberate or accidental changes to metadata are identified and information security classifications are correct. Click "Save" or "Cancel" as necessary
  6. Tag the item requiring Approval or Rejection
  7. Go to the Ribbon Bar at the top of the pages and select – "Items" – "Approve/ Reject"
  8. A pop up will appear. Complete the pop up as necessary
  9. Click "Ok"
