When adding or editing any text within the CLRW Portal, it is critical to maintain the integrity and professional image of the site and DEWNR as a whole.
Please adhere to the following protocols –
- Ensure all text is an appropriate font and text size. The style of the portal is in keeping with Enviro Data SA as well as corporate style. Please ensure this carries through all future additions and amendments.
- Ensure all text is justified. Care has been taken to ensure the look and professional feel of the portal is carried throughout each page. If you do not justify the text it will skew borders and page linings.
- Any time the system requires you to enter an 'end / inactive date' when there is no foreseen end date for the given page, please add the date – 1/1/2220
- The CLRW Portal is a public site. All documentation or information components within the CLRW Portal must be professional and developed to the highest standard. Please remember your work is a reflection of DEWNR as a whole and can be published through the portal.
- Statements made of a personal nature or without research and back up are not allowed. Please keep all written works factual and defendable.
- All decisions regarding Security classifications are made in keeping with the DEWNR Information Security Classification Guidelines.
